Legal Consultation, Disclosure, and Compliance Agreement
This Legal Consultation, Disclosure, and Compliance Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between RVCG First (“Company”) and clients, including buyers, sellers, and investors (“Clients”).
Avoiding Agency Representation:
The Company is committed to avoiding agency representation in real estate transactions. Clients understand that the Company does not act as an agent or representative in real estate deals. The Company’s role is to facilitate introductions, provide information, and offer referral services. Clients should seek independent legal advice to clarify their roles and responsibilities to avoid unintentional agency relationships.
Referral Activities as a Wholesaler or Investor:
Clients may be referred to licensed real estate agents, brokers, or wholesalers who offer real estate services. Additionally, the Company may operate as a wholesaler or investor in certain transactions. Clients acknowledge that agreements with referred parties or transactions with the Company as a wholesaler or investor are independent of the Company’s referral services. All referral agreement terms, including compensation, will be disclosed in writing to the Client before referrals are made.
Referral Commission Standards in the Real Estate Industry
We are committed to transparency, fairness, and integrity in all aspects of our business, including our referral commission structure. When establishing our commission rates, we carefully consider industry standards and best practices to ensure that our referral program provides value to both referrers and clients. Here’s how we approach setting our referral commission standards:

Disclosure and Compliance:
The Company operates in strict compliance with federal, state, and local real estate laws and regulations. Clients acknowledge that the Company is not a licensed real estate broker or agent and is not engaged in real estate agency activities.
Limitation of Liability:
Clients agree that the Company, including its agents, is not liable for actions, omissions, or disputes arising from transactions with referred parties or the Company’s activities as a wholesaler or investor. The Company’s liability is limited to the referral services provided. By utilizing the Company’s services and website, Clients confirm that they have read, comprehended, and accepted the terms of this Agreement.
